WARRANTY RETURN PROCESS
 

At Rizzare, we are committed to providing you with products of the highest quality and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. To uphold this commitment, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy for goods manufactured by Rizzare and those sourced from our reputable suppliers. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Warranty Period:
    Goods manufactured by Rizzare are warranted free of defective workmanship for an extensive period of 10 years from the date of delivery. Please note that this warranty does not cover depreciation resulting from normal wear and tear or faults arising from misuse or accidents.
  • Non-Rizzare Goods:
    Products not manufactured by Rizzare are sold with the same warranties provided by the original manufacturer, provided these warranties are transferable to you as the buyer. Some exceptions may apply.
  • Payment Conditions:
    All warranties, whether expressed or implied, are contingent upon full payment being received, unless credit terms have been specifically agreed upon by Rizzare.
  • Warranty Coverage:
    Under this warranty, Rizzare’s obligations are limited to repairing or replacing defective goods.
  • Return Procedure:
    Should you encounter any defects covered by our warranty, please return the defective goods to our premises. Upon inspection, we will determine whether repairs, alterations, replacements, or refunds are appropriate.

    Please note that any repairs or alterations made by you or a third party without prior written consent from Rizzare may not be covered under this warranty.

  • Claims Process:
    To initiate a claim for faulty or defective products, you must notify us within the applicable warranty period.

    Products must have been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s or our instructions and must not have been subjected to abuse, neglect, misuse, accidents, or unauthorised work by third parties.

  • Resolution:
    We will endeavour to repair or replace defective products or provide further services as deemed necessary, at our discretion.
  • Inspection Requirement:
    Products subject to a warranty claim cannot be destroyed or removed from the premises until we have inspected them or waived our right to do so in writing.
